The $97 prepaid new-patient offer includes consultation, examination and X-rays. The standard new-patient cash-pay visit is $150. You can request an appointment without prepaying. Contact our office to confirm eligibility before paying. If you have Medicare or other insurance, ask us to confirm your coverage and payment options first.
